Day 1:

Got home after flight delay, saw my father quickly at home and then headed to my cousin’s house for a bit of baking. Baking included watching her and my little sister bake while me, my older sister and my other cousin watched Hoarders, a show about crazies who hoard. It was funny. Then after baking I headed over to Mike’s house where I convinced him to give me all my gifts early. I got a fantastic foam pillow because I used to always try to take his when I was at his house, a contraption to stick my Macbook Pro on that has a fan to keep it cool, because it has a tendancy to scald the top of my thighs, and a wireless, bluetooth apple keyboard for my computer :) I have been eyeing this keyboard for FOREVER, but couldn’t justify buying it when I had a USB keyboard that worked just fine. I LOVE PRESENTS. So far: Vacation = SUCCESS.

I have the worst travel luck. OF ALL TIME

Got dropped off at the airport at 1, and had to wait for my 415 flight. Just chilling, hanging out. Got some spinach dip at Kelsey’s, went on my laptop, read a bit. Good times. Flight was supposed to board at 340, and take off at 415. We ended up boarding at 420. That was fine with me… a little delay is NBD, but yea. So we get on the plane, and then we just chill on the tarmac for an hour. Hanging out, having a good time. We were waiting for the de-icing trucks to roll around so that we could deice the wings and head ‘er. After waiting an hour for said trucks, it took 4 separate de-icing events before we could take off, an hour later. Instead of landing at 445 BC time, we landed at 7. GOOD TIMES

3. Friday: Study my fucking ass off
2. Saturday: Final Exam in Wine and Spirits Appreciation. It’s gonna kick my ass.
1. Sunday: Study my ass off for the Food Prep test and the Food Safe test and the Nutrition test.
The day of happiness! Monday: Get to school before 10. Take three test as quick as possible, hopefully within 3 hours. Get Rebecca to drive me to the aeroport and at 4:15 Alberta time I will be BC bound!
